Dear Dallas County Citizens,
I believe that it is the duty of every judge to consistently apply the law as it is written and refrain from "legislating from the bench" by allowing personal policy preferences to influence his or her decision-making. With your hard work, we can bring these conservative judicial principles back to the bench in Dallas County. Each of you that volunteers, displays a yard sign, or simply spreads the word to friends and co-workers about the importance of our Dallas County judicial elections brings us closer to our goal. Our civil district court judges play a vital role in the lives of every Dallas County resident - even those who never see the inside of a courtroom. A responsible civil judiciary that consistently and correctly applies the law is an invaluable asset to a jurisdiction in protecting the rights of its citizens and creating a favorable environment in which business can operate. A civil judiciary that fails in this task can wreck havoc on individual rights and the economy. That is why your support in my campaign for Judge of the 191st Civil District Court is so important.
